Scope of Services

Site Appointment: 0.5 to 1 hour
Looking over your ceremony and/or reception site to review layout and sound needs.
First Appointment: Up to 2 hours
Our first face-to-face planning session.
Second Appointment: Up to 2 hours
Our second face-to-face planning session.
Music Research: 0.5 to 1 hours
Finding your special requests for the ceremony, reception and dancing.
Ceremony and Reception Itineraries: 2 hours
Creating custom-made ceremony and reception itineraries for your approval.
The Grand Entrance Script: 2 to 5 hours
Creating and rehearsing your custom-made grand entrance script.
Custom Playlists: 1 to 1.5 hours
Creating custom-made playlists from the ceremony music and all reception music.
Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal: 1 to 1.5 hours
Directing the entire wedding ceremony rehearsal from start to finish (Monday-Thursday).
Set-Up at Ceremony and Reception Location(s): 3 hours
Setting up all necessary audio equipment, testing and changing into tuxedo.
Performance at the Ceremony and Reception: 5 to 8 hours
Performance of music, event direction, and master of ceremonies duties.
Load, Drive, Unload and Tear Down Equipment: 2 to 4 hours
Loading, driving to and from reception site and reloading equipment.
Your Custom DVD: 1 to 2 hours
Creating your photo DVD and personalizing it.

Total Service Hours Provided: Up to 33 hours
